Kulture Afrique Policies

Please take note of the following guidelines before making a purchase:

  1. We exclusively offer ready-to-wear clothing and fabrics; therefore, we DO NOT provide custom-made clothing. However, we welcome your recommendations for designs you'd like us to consider.
  2. To purchase an item, please contact us via DM, call, or WhatsApp at +265 992 546 502 to confirm its availability. If the item is available, you may proceed with payment using the payment methods provided. FULL PAYMENT CONFIRMS YOUR ORDER.
  3. WE DO NOT OFFER ITEMS ON CREDIT.
  4. Location: Area 49, Old Gulliver, near the Sobo depot.
  5. We only post items that are readily available in our shop and on platforms accessible to everyone. Therefore, items are sold to the first customer who completes the payment (fastest finger).
  6. We do not REPEAT fabrics; once an item is marked SOLD, it will not be restocked. We aim to maintain uniqueness and avoid multiple customers having the same outfits. If you like an item, please purchase it promptly!
  7. Return Policy: We take great care to ensure that all our pieces meet our high standards of quality. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged. Please ensure you check your item before leaving the shop, as we do not offer returns or refunds. We can accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrectly packaged, which must be exchanged within 48 hours (2 days).
  8. Orders must be picked up within one month to prevent loss or damage. We reserve the right to resell or charge you for parcels that are not collected within this timeframe.
  9. We send parcels only on Tuesdays and Fridays via CTS courier. If you prefer your parcel to be sent immediately, you will be responsible for the transport fee from the shop to the courier service. Additionally, if you have a preferred courier service other than CTS, you will also be responsible for the transport fee from the shop to your chosen courier.
